2019
We introduced our first concept! An Italian restaurant called a mano, meaning “by hand,” where pasta and pizza is made fresh every day.
2021
We partnered with Chef Tamura, known as the Philippines' first ramen chef, to reopen his famous Ukokkei Ramen Ron as Ramen Ron.
2023
Steak & Frice was born. Our dream steakhouse where choice cuts of beef are served with a side of french fries and steak rice, redefining the steakhouse experience for generations to come.
2024
a mano is awarded No. 12 on 50 Top Pizza's list of 50 Best Pizzerias in Asia-Pacific and currently holds the 96th spot on the 100 Best Pizzerias in the World.
